Prion Books in the UK has just published yet another edition of the Conan stories that are in the Public Domain under the highly original title of Conan the Barbarian. It seems like we are treated to a new edition of this book simply re-packaged by the same old group of publishers at least twice a year, whom I assume are aiming them at the Howard completists. Since these books don’t include, due to copyright laws, the Conan stories published after Howard’s death they are not a even truly complete editions.
I mean, how many copies if the same book do you need? My answer would be one, but others might say they can never have enough and it is to those collectors these editions must be aimed at.
